SHIPMENT and DELIVERY POLICY:

Highland ships every order directly to your location unless otherwise specified. Delivery time varies based on size of order. Call for details. If you refuse your shipment, you may be responsible for any shipping charges and/or fees that are charged to return the products back to Highland.

Domestic and International shipments over $3,000 vary in shipping price. Please call for details.

 

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:

See the back side of the sales invoice prior to shipment. All accounts require payment in advance of shipment. Orders over $1,000 USD MUST BE CONFIRMED prior to shipment. Direct delivery may require pre-payment of GST, VAT, duties. Variances from estimate will be adjusted by Highland upon receipt of details regarding customs clearance. If you refuse your shipment or do not have any and all appropriate licenses as specified by your government, you may be responsible for any shipping charges and/or fees that would be charged to return the products back to Highland.  Orders going to Italy will also require a Sanitary Certificate at Customs.
