Terms and Order Policies

Payment Terms

HMI™ requires payment in advance of shipment for international orders. HMI™ accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express. HMI™ accepts checks and bank drafts in US funds drawn on US banks. Banking fees related to payments are the responsibility of the customer.

All prices quoted by HMI™ are in US dollars; FOB 2165 Earlywood Dr, Franklin, IN 46131 USA. Residual charges resulting in past due accounts will be charged a 1.5% service charge each month. Return check charges: US $20.

Shipment & Delivery Policy

HMI™ ships to your location unless otherwise specified. Delivery time varies based on availability. Call for details. If you refuse your shipment, you may be responsible for any shipping charges and/or fees that are charged to return the products back to Highland.

International Customers

International customers are responsible for shipping charges, GST, VAT, duties and taxes. HMI™ may require or customers may opt for Direct Delivery Prepaid, DDP, where HMI™ will estimate charges and apply those charges to your invoice prior to shipment. Variances from estimate will be adjusted by Highland™. Customers may opt for Duties and Delivery Unpaid, DDU, where the related fees will be charged to the customer at the time of delivery.

Return Policy

HMI™ warrants all materials and workmanship to be free from defects. Products must be returned within 90 days from the date of purchase and must be returned in original packaging and in resalable condition. HMI™ reserves the right to final determination as to acceptance of product exchange or credit. Restock fee may apply. Prior to the return of any merchandise, please contact HMI™ Customer Service for a return authorization number.
